Koren Kiener is a San Francisco-based wellness instructor who specializes in a unique integration of Vinyasa Yoga with a Meditation in Motion approach. She holds 500+ hours in yoga and meditation training. Koren inspires students to honor their intuitive journey on the mat and tap into their inherent sources of strength, compassion and authenticity. She motivates students to live more presently and use the practices as a means towards greater self-love, freedom, empowerment and inner wisdom. A long time practitioner and partner with well-known global yoga brands, Koren leads workshops and retreats in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has taught community classes for major brands and institutions including Lululemon, Ivivva, Prana, and the California Academy of Sciences. Koren was on the Yoga Works teaching staff both in San Francisco and through the Yoga Works livestream. She’s also a guest teacher for the Yoga Expo LA and has taught yoga to various Nepal communities. She is currently a brand ambassador and writing contributor for LA-based sustainable fitness line- Wolven. Outside of her own writing contributions, Koren has been featured as a luminary for IFONLY, a “Best Yoga Teacher” for Sports and the City, and has been in other spotlight mentions through small wellness businesses. Most recently, she became a teacher for the online platforms Practyce and Yoga Outlet. Outside of yoga, Koren has a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Communications with a minor emphasis in Studio Art and Women’s Studies. Additionally, she is pursuing work in the product design field.
