Lais is a Brazilian-German healer and transformational guide, renowned for helping clients release ancestral trauma and energetic blocks through her Breakthrough Sessions and Quantum Energy Healing Program.

With a unique ability to bridge ancient wisdom and modern healing techniques, Lais empowers individuals to break free from generational patterns, reclaim their energy, and align with their highest potential. Her work creates lasting transformation, allowing clients to heal deeply and live authentically. She is also a space-clearing expert, working with homes and businesses to remove stagnant energy and create environments that feel lighter, balanced, and energetically aligned.

She’s the author of Universe & You: 11 Steps To Co-Create The Life You Desire and a poetry collection When A Wild Woman Rises, as well as the podcast host for Happy Home Space Clearing, which she co-hosts with her mother. She is currently preparing to launch The Alchemy of Light & Shadow—a podcast where deep conversations meet the messy, magical, and sometimes maddening journey of being human.

When she’s not guiding people through their healing, Lais is embracing the art of being a digital uprooted nomad—mastering the skill of setting up sacred spaces in ever-changing Airbnbs. As a devoted fur mum to a Shiba Inu diva, she’s well-versed in negotiating with a four-legged queen who clearly runs the show.  As an avid journaling writer, she believes no existential crisis is complete without scribbling it out first.

She’s also on a mission to bridge the gap between spirituality and social responsibility, calling out the shadow side of the wellness industry and advocating for deeper, more embodied healing work that doesn’t turn a blind eye to injustice and systemic oppression.
