Lara J. Day is the creator of the 13 Sacred Nights Oracle. Her mission is to reclaim the hyper-commercialized winter holidays from the forces of materialism and return the Soul to the Solstice. Lara is also a Neurogenic Qigong practitioner, a unique healing method that blends Chinese energy medicine with tension and trauma releasing neurogenic tremors.
