Lori Kemp is a Brit born free spirit who followed her heart and travelled around the world until she found her love in the shape of Australia. As a child, she grew up in the arts as a dancer. Her energy redirected around four years ago into yoga, and she is now a qualified yoga teacher, teaching online yoga classes in Melbourne. A cardiac paediatric nurse by day, she has always been fascinated by the heart’s incredible physical, emotional, and spiritual anatomy. Always keen to promote wellness, she is known as the “women’s cycle guru” by her colleagues. As an aspiring author, her nights are usually spent with a head full of hers or others people’s words. She has just started her own online Journal at www.mymoonfolk.com which aims to educate women on Menstrual Cycle Awareness and offer her heart rawly to her community in the form of stories and journal shares.
