Lou-Anne Thomas is a professional musician, pianist, artist, composer, songwriter, teacher and writer. Her career in music began at the tender age of two when she received a toy piano for Christmas and started playing tunes by ear after she heard them on television and radio. She has been composing her own music since the age of eleven. She holds the following degrees:  Master of Music, BS in Music Education, Elementary K-6 Classroom Education from Oakland University, Rochester Michigan.  Lou-Anne has released two music albums: “Beyond Imagination” and “Dancing with Ghosts.” Her artwork is on the cover of the first album Beyond Imagination, and her photography is on the 2nd album “Dancing with Ghosts.”  Her instrumental music is hauntingly beautiful, intensely emotional, and rhythmically driving with melodies that weave elements of all genres into music suitable for film, television, video games and radio.  You can find all her music on CD Baby, Amazon Music, iTunes, Spotify, YouTube and all other streaming formats.  She is the mother of two adult children, and lives in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan with her husband.
