MichelleWestgarth is 42 years old, living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She lives in London, Ontario, Canada. She is single, living with her two cats and two-year-old Lab mix, Abby. She is a solo backcountry canoe camper and avid outdoor lover. She is a yoga teacher, writer, reader, and lover of life. With her stories, she wants to share her experiences so that other women might learn from her and use her journey as a warning. She is an advocate for women’s health, raising awareness for Metastatic Breast Cancer and mental health.
