As a Certified BodyMind Coach, practicing Kinesiologist, Pilates, and Yoga trained instructor, and a student of somatic experiencing, Liz Hargreaves’ approach takes a holistic view of the mind, body, and soul and focuses on an intuitive healing method where the body-mind connection is re-established, restoring a complete inner and outer balance.Her passion is reflected through the inspiration of self-healing and self-empowerment. Through the exploration of movement, curiosity, and sound, she guides her clients to reach the edges of their potential to re-discovered their inner strength, power, and renewed energy and purpose. She lives on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada with her dog where she has an independent movement and coaching practice with a home Pilates studio.
