Nicole Gentile, MMS, PA-C is a Physician Assistant, an Energy Healer, Reiki Master, Herbalist, Nutrition Coach, Life Coach, Yoga teacher, and mom of three. She is a South Florida Native who loves the outdoors, biking along the Everglades, and teaching her children about nature and conservation. She has worked in medicine for 2 decades, as an EMT, in the Emergency Department, and in private practice as both an Internist and a Dermatologic Physician Assistant. Representing her Alternative Health practice, Elemental Healing Solutions, Nicole lectures among peer professional practices sharing research on the gut-brain-microbiome axis as it relates to mental health, neuro diversity and systemic physical health. Her approach to nutritional coaching is more about adapting lifestyle changes and selecting whole food ingredient choices to nourish the body and the evolved ecosystem within. This approach allows her to target hypercholesterolemia, prediabetes, hypertension, and multiple inflammatory GI disorders with weight management as an indirect “side effect”. Nicole is also the co-founder of a busy Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology practice where her philosophy of treating inside-out serves her patients’ integrated and holistic well being. In practice, Nicole recognizes the significance of counseling and coaching her patients. “In taking the time to educate our patients, we can work to eliminate chronic conditions, and make our patients the most valuable and effective member of their personal healthcare team.”
