Sandy Boutros is a Lebanese meditator, yoga instructor, and founder of “Koun,” an NGO that offers yoga in marginalized communities in Lebanon with the aim of promoting mental health and total well-being. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone no matter their age, race, or social class, and especially to those who can’t afford it.
