Donna Schnoor has been teaching yoga since 2001 and is registered as an E-RYT500. Besides her busy teaching schedule, she is an integral part of 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings, she is a mentor to yoga teachers, offers specialty workshops, certification courses, and retreats. She specializes in anatomy, alignment, and therapeutics, placing a strong emphasis on working with older adults, and training teachers to work effectively with this demographic. All of her classes are conducted with a healthy dose of humor while cultivating a calm and centered mind. When she’s not teaching, she stays busy traveling, enjoying life with her husband of 28 years and her big rescue dog, a Bullmastiff named Bailey. Her intention is to continue to grow and evolve in her life, career, and spiritual journey, to offer guidance to young teachers as they begin their journey, and to help as many people as she can along the way.
