Was up in Ft. Fun the other day dropping off a NYC friend of J’s who was going to Shambhala Mountain for a weeklong meditation retreat. While in Ft. Collins, J and I went to JAX and bought some vintage Army surplus (super quality, cheap) and Café Ardour for a yummy, if rushed organic-mostly meal. Then worked at my fave café, Bean Cycle (three of fave things on earth, combined) which features vegan snacks from WaterCourse in Denver. Then droves back in her black Prius as night fell on this, one of darkest, shortest days of the year:
