Letting go. ~ A Poem by Ben Ralston

Letting go.

I’ve walked

Many paths

Through this beautiful forest.

Some have been terribly steep,

Slippery, treacherous, terrifying

Every dark step of the way.

Others have carried me weightlessly,

Conveyor belts of Marvelous

Wondrous

Light-filled space

Warm and soft and whole.

The difference, I have learnt,

Is in the eyes

(in the heart).

To change how we look is

To change what we find.

And the greatest secret I can share?

~ The less you know, the better.

Because to step from one path to another

Is the simplest thing in the World,

And

You can do it Any Time.

Any Time, even right Now!

All it requires is

A lightness of Being

That comes only

from letting go,

Letting go,

Letting…

If you feel it, share it. With love.
