The Fascinating Way Women Downplay Their Success. {Video}

We all know someone who ends sentences with the intonation of question mark when it’s actually a statement (ending with a period).

Chances are, this person is a woman.

Why? Research—(interestingly and awesomely) of Jeopardy participants—shows that women are significantly more likely to punctuate their verbal thoughts with a rising voice. More fascinating, however, is that women who are successful do this with even more frequency.
