The Healing, Inspiring & Transformational Benefits of Yoga.

If you’ve forgotten what hope looks like, when you’ve all but given up and think you can’t possibly take another step, this truly inspiring video shows us what hard work, a warrior spirit and faithful dedication looks like.

A few years ago, someone shared this video with me on Facebook. It had gone viral at the time. When I watched it then, it awakened something within me. It is what first inspired me to try yoga.

Admittedly, I was overweight. I had adopted the idea that yoga wasn’t for someone like me, who was overweight. I’ll admit, I’ve fallen out of practice lately, but this video serves as a timely and inspirational reminder that it’s never too late to begin again.

Yoga can be fully transformational.

Not only do physical transformations manifest; we transform ourselves mind, body and spirit. The key is that we must be brave enough to take the first step toward any goal we set for ourselves.

People often hold the blurred misconception that yoga is only for those who are already physically fit. This video is a wonderful testament to the amazing transformational benefits of yoga despite whatever circumstances may be on our path.
