Full disclosure number one: I love baby animals—puppies, kittens, sloths, rats, foxes—you name it and if it comes in a tiny fluffy size, I probably adore it.

(Well, to be honest, I love baby animals that have up to four legs—spiders and other little multi-leg creatures are not really my thing although some of them are, indeed, fluffy.)

Full disclosure number two: I’m a fan of Rachel Brathen, also known as Yoga Girl. Not in a crazy kind of way but in a your-realness-and-openess-are-so-cool kind of way.

So when I was scrolling though my Instagram feed a few days ago, I got to one of her posts and pressed play. And what I saw was immediately followed by a ton of squeaks (mine, not Rachel’s, doh). Oh the cuteness! It was a yoga video but not your regular yoga video—it was a yoga video with a baby goat.

I mean…are you for real? Do you want me to just melt into a puddle and go searching for a baby goat right now? (I might have said to my boyfriend that we need to get a goat. I think he still thinks I’m joking but just wait until I bring one home, ha!)

So if you’re at least a little bit into yoga or like baby animals or like goats or like Rachel or just want a dose of daily cuteness, you’ll most likely love this. And let’s be honest, there’s a high chance of you falling into at least one of those categories.
