As we come closer to living a deeply mindful and truly authentic life, our intuition becomes stronger.

Over the last couple of years, I’ve delved deep into my own personal darkness, pulling it out into the light. As I’ve excavated my fears and rooted out the thoughts that no longer serve me, my senses have become heightened to the point that I sense things that normally wouldn’t get my attention. I’ve become highly attuned to the world around me, and I have learned to trust my feelings about people and situations.

I had to teach myself to trust my own intuition after years of living solidly in denial inside of a marriage that was falling apart. I am committed to living authentically and no longer turning away from my own dreams and desires. Now I open myself up to those gut feelings, listening to the wisdom from my own senses by trusting absolutely in how I feel. Living this way allows us to deeply honor our souls and our life experiences.
