I’m beyond obsessed with this video.
It came out a few years ago in the U.K., and I first saw it on Channel Four, which offers some of the best diversity in their programming and commercials.
I have this one saved to the front screen of my phone and it’s the little kick I need to get up and get moving when I’d rather just not.
