The exit is where the entrance is.

If you love to dive deep like me, you probably enjoy reading 1000s of books on self-development, all of them reminding us about the importance of gratitude. I knew this as a teenager, along with the importance of daily flossing. Of course knowledge is one thing and action is another! In this deep time of lockdown I feel like gratitude has been born in my psyche with the creation of a new set of neurological ‘gratitude’ pathways. I recognise this golden essence. There was a situation in my mind for a while as I was meditating, looking from above and from below. I was dancing a shaman’s dance around it. It didn’t move. A buddhist monk would call this bliss!! ???Suddenly the heart opened the doors of gratitude for confusion, struggle and uncertainty. Immediately I saw how I am the one who created and approved this and I am the one who holds the power to change. The exit is where the entrance is. I believe that nothing could happen to me without the approval of my soul. We are always learning, whether we are enjoying each moment or not!???What bliss and beauty! ??? Thank you my family and students for your Love and support. You make us all shine. Love and Gratitude to all. I am teaching private online and face to face. Book me now!????????
