My new book is coming out. Here’s an excerpt.
Negativity is not negative. Beware self-help aphorisms telling us to get rid of conflict, fear, stress. The way out of difficulty is to go into it with a sense of humor, an open heart, and honesty—not avoidance.
Whatever your challenge is now, look at it. Face it, do not avoid it. Bravery is called for. Breathe deep, and leap in. As a wise elder once said, “the only way out…is through.” You got this. You’re not alone. Ask for advice. Keep an eye on the horizon, and an eye on the steps ahead.
