As someone commented, “Be honest, you don’t want Baldwin prosecuted because he killed someone, you want him prosecuted because he made fun of your idol” [in his capacity as Trump on SNL] And, “Dick Cheney literally shot a dude in the face and bro was like, ‘oh, sorry I was in the way of your shot, don’t even worry about the face, my bad, my bad, bro.’”
- Social media permits toxic conspiracy theories around this and every other issue of the moment. Until twitter, Facebook, Instagram and others reform, every incident will—instead of being a [see #2] learning experience for society—a new opportunity for toxic distance between communities of otherwise caring humans.
