Let’s Get Informed about Women’s Reproductive Rights Before & After Roe v. Wade.

Below is a short list of resources to educate us and help us understand the highly charged issue of the recent Supreme Court’s shocking decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

I hope that we will all take the time to learn all we can on what this decision means, how it impacts our world, and what we can do right now to focus our anger in a productive way that will be of benefit to all who will be affected by these heartbreaking changes.

Documentaries/Films

>> “The Jane’s“—a powerful and inspiring story of what several brave women did before Roe v. Wade to assist women in need of reproductive healthcare.

>> “On the Divide“—shows all sides of the reproductive rights issue from the perspective of five Latino women who were thrown together at the last abortion clinic in a Texas border town.

>>Our Bodies, Ourselvesfirst written in 1970 by a group of women who dared to address sexuality and reproductive health for women. It has been updated and revised throughout the years and is credited for changing women’s health movement around the world.
