The Great Disruptor; Alcohol

Soul Shakers,
How long have you been trying to heal yourself and your life?
For me, it was a decade. 10 years of inner child healing. 10 years of identifying outdated beliefs and scarcity patterns. 10 years of working so damn hard to surrender and let go.
But even with all that trying, doing, and healing… the same patterns and behaviors I thought I had healed, would cycle back into my life. I would get so mad and frustrated and would immediately go to work figuring out where I went wrong and how I could have been so off base in my healing. Often, I would yell or even ignore the Maker out of frustration for seemingly tormenting me in this way.
I mean, I am a certified Advanced Energy Medicine practitioner for goodness sakes. I was born with the ability to see, feel, interpret, and understand energy in all its forms. I see truth more easily than my reflection in a mirror. So, why was I stuck in this endless healing loop?!?!
I will tell you why.
Alcohol.
Now, I did not have an alcohol problem as most people think of when they hear the word ‘sobriety’. I did not have a rock bottom or need an intervention. In no way did alcohol interfere with my life or work. I did not sneak, hide, or lie about alcohol. I could go periods of time without drinking.
That’s because I did not have an alcohol problem; I had an ENERGY problem.
You see, when you have an energy problem, you are unable to rise above your life and issues far enough to see them fully and heal them completely. Without life sustaining energy, you will forever be on the hamster wheel of healing.
Don’t believe me? Just look around most holistic wellness and healing communities OR psycho-therapy offices. Most people you will find in these places have been endlessly searching and trying to heal for years, sometimes even decades, but still feel hopeless… not good enough… and unable to trust themselves to handle life.
Now, do not get me wrong. I applaud anyone that is seeking to better themselves, seeking treatment, and doing whatever it takes to achieve a better life. I wish more people would invest in themselves in this loving way. All I am saying, is that after a while you must look around and wonder; why aren’t more people seeing lasting results? Why aren’t more people fully healing and transforming their lives? Why do we have more people than ever before seeking mental health treatments, but simultaneously have the highest rates of suicide and depression our country has ever seen?
Again, I will tell you why.
Alcohol.
Alcohol runs rampant in our society and leaves a severe energy problem in its wake.
This is why if you truly want to heal… if you truly are sick of the same old patterns repeating in your life… if you are done feeling hopeless, depressed… if you want to create a better world for your children and their children and their children; you MUST look at your relationship with alcohol.
I know this is scary, sometimes even terrifying, because I have experienced it in my own life; but it is necessary if you want to live an elevated life of passion, purpose, and meaning.
But you and I both know that you are ready, even if that’s just being curious to learn more. So, join me in my TOTALLY FREE, absolutely no strings attached, private healing room, Surviving Life Sober(ish).
The virtual doors open January 1st and will be active for the month of January. There will be guest speakers, journal prompts, Q&A, and support to create a path of least resistance of kicking alcohol to the curb. You will find nothing but CONNECTION, TRUTH, SUPPORT, and SOULFUL REFLECTION.
Why not commit to 30 days and see how you feel? The worst that could happen is you feel exactly as you do right now. The best that can happen; you alchemize your life into a state of magic.
See you there!  LEARN MORE HERE
