Discovering New Yoga Vision”Eastern Wisdom with Western Science”

We, all human beings, are searching for a common goal: health, happiness, and peace. In the East, yoga is an answer to this search and helping millions of people move forward in this direction.

In the East, especially in India, Shiva, Maharishi Patanjali, Guru Gorakhnath, and Swami Swatmarama in the past and this century, Swami Kuvalyananda, Shivananada, Krishmacharya has dedicated their whole life to developing yoga for humanity.

But in the West, Pioneers in the Science of Healing, like Alexander Mathews, Sigmund Freud, Konstantin Buteyko, and Alexander Lowen, have each made significant discoveries in this area.

Imagine bringing all these ideas together and creating a new way of doing yoga. This fresh approach would go deeper into physical poses, breathing exercises, and beyond. It would dive into understanding ourselves better, profoundly connecting our body and mind.

Frederick Matthias Alexander was known for developing the Alexander Technique, which focuses on improving posture, movement, and overall body awareness.

Carl Jung was a renowned psychologist.Jung believed that supressed emotions could manifest in various ways, such as causing inner conflicts, affecting relationships, and even contributing to physical symptoms. By bringing repressed emotions into conscious awareness and working through them, individuals could achieve a more balanced and healthy psychological state.

Konstantin Buteyko created the Buteyko Breathing Method, which emphasizes the importance of proper breathing for health.

Alexander Lowen developed Bioenergetic Analysis, a form of body psychotherapy that explores the connection between body and mind.

After studying them and as a yoga practitioner from an early age, I could see that we can combine Yoga and the Essence of all these disciplines to create a more holistic approach to the four core elements: Physical, Social, Mental, and Spiritual well-being, which was my primary purpose to impart Yoga.

Yoga incorporates physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to enhance body awareness and mental clarity. By integrating the principles from the Alexander Technique, Freud’s psychoanalysis, Buteyko’s proper breathing, and Lowen body psychotherapy, yoga offers a comprehensive toolkit for self-improvement and personal growth.

The expected points where these approaches meet for a better future for 21st-century humans are:

Body-Mind Connection: All these approaches recognize the inseparable connection between the body and mind, emphasizing that the two influence each other’s well-being.

Awareness: Each method promotes self-awareness, whether about body posture, subconscious thoughts, breathing patterns, or emotional states.

Holistic Health: They all focus on holistic health, aiming to improve overall well-being rather than just addressing specific symptoms or issues.

Self-Empowerment: By learning these techniques, individuals gain tools to take charge of their physical and mental health, fostering a sense of empowerment.

Stress Reduction: These practices help reduce stress and promote relaxation, which is crucial in the fast-paced and demanding lifestyle of the 21st century.

Personal Growth: All these approaches encourage personal growth and self-discovery, allowing individuals to develop healthier habits and improve their quality of life.

My Vision – Merging Eastern wisdom with modern Western science. It is a profound system that unites Eastern philosophy with Western psychology, spirituality with materialism, and the serenity of silent reflection with the vibrancy of dance and celebration.

At its core, It’s a holistic embrace of body, mind, and spirit, igniting a dance between traditional yogic practices and the latest understanding of human physiology and psychology.

This is not just a practice; it’s a heartfelt journey that stirs the soul and ignites the spirit. It’s a call to combine the East’s contemplative silence with the West’s inventory movement. It leads you to embrace the profound and the playful, the meditation with celebration.

This New Vision is the pathway to a life where wisdom meets wonder, science meets spirit, and service intertwines seamlessly with professionalism. Allow your heart to be moved, and let your emotions dance to the melody of this beautifully balanced symphony.”

Combining Ancient Yogic wisdom With these Modern insights and integrating their principles into daily life allows individuals to lead more balanced, mindful, and fulfilling lives.

I believe in harmonious integration. My whole approach in Yoga New Vision is to bring Eastern and Western approaches of Healing methodologies together to provide a comprehensive and transformative experience to yoga practitioners all over the world.
