Cathy Collins Rosenberg is a mother of 2 beautiful humans; her son lives in San Francisco and her daughter recently moved to New York City. She is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher, and an author. Writing is her first love language and baking is her second. She is a modern day flower child, an animal rescuer, and a human ray of sunshine. She sees the world through “rosie-colored glasses” and shares silver linings and life-changing insights in her classes and blog posts. Cathy is gifted in stretching life’s subtle moments into literary magic, encouraging readers to pause, breathe, notice and feel. Wherever Cathy goes, she fills the space with her generous spirit.
