Lenna Salbashian has been making art to understand the world long before she learned to speak Armenian and English. After burning out from corporate fashion Lenna knew she needed to understand the connection between illness and self-disconnection. She left NYC to study the mind/body/soul by working with yoga and meditation masters all over the world and learning from art therapists and western science through her masters in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapies. Today, Lenna gives others the tools her childhood self intuitively knew, the language of creative expression as a source of healing and life enhancement. She has built companies that promote optimal health through access to creative arts therapies that blend eastern and western practices. Personally, Lenna makes a mark on canvas daily and loves to wake up dancing and playing music.
