Melissa Moffet is a mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and dance teacher who teaches students, classes, workshops, and retreats around the world. Through her online mindfulness and meditation guides, her immerse program, WORTHY, her podcast, Air & Earth, and her in person classes, Melissa inspires her community to trust the flow of life, love boldly, live with integrity, and use their gifts and resources to benefit others and the earth. She is originally from Tennessee, but is currently spending much of her time traveling the United States and abroad. Melissa is also passionate about nature and has a master’s degree in environmental engineering. Melissa loves spending time with family and friends, cooking yummy vegan food, and cuddling with her big dog, Forrest.
