Sanne Ham is an author, trauma integration therapist, and transpersonal guide who facilitates healing sessions, ceremonies, and programs for highly sensitive women.

She specializes in resolving anxiety at its root by fusing therapeutic knowledge of how to resolve trauma with energetic practices, meditative processes, and practical integration tools.

When she was 18 years old, she had a heart attack and near-death experience that gave her a whole new perspective on life, death, and healing. She went through a profound spiritual awakening, and her intuition guided her to start to meditate, journal, and live a healthier lifestyle. Within one year, she unexplainably healed the scar tissue on her heart muscle. 

After healing physically, she discovered that she still suffered from anxiety, PTSD, and dissociation. This inspired her to learn more about how trauma impacts our mental, emotional, and physical health.

She studied with revolutionary teachers and mentors who showed her how to work with the subconscious mind, integrate trauma, and purposefully work with entheogens in healing ceremonies.

She now creates a safe and loving space to support sensitive souls on their healing journey. With an intuitive and personalized approach, she teaches how to listen to your heart’s wisdom, activate your body’s healing intelligence, and understand the protective mechanisms of the mind.
