I have been practicing semen retention for 12 years and without sounding too woo-woo, I like to explain how precious this fluid really is and how it can supercharge your life.

The way semen is different from any other substance that makes up your body is that it carries “consciousness”. With every orgasm you are spreading the seeds of consciousness and giving life. Giving life to a new human being (procreation) but also giving life to art, dreams and visions (creation). Semen holds the power to create, make a mark on the world and leave behind a legacy for the generations to come.

So you could say that semen retention could make you ‘super human’ in some ways. But there is more to the story! And this is where it gets a bit woo-woo. So get those crystals, burn that sage and hold on to your chakras people.

You could say that part 1 was the play of the humans. We project our energy horizontally into the world to create. Part 2 is the play of the Gods. We project our energy vertically into the heavens to…destroy. Or a better word would be ‘deconstruct’. Deconstructing matter back into energy and energy back into consciousness. It is the movement back to Source and therefore the re-connection with our divine nature. So instead of birthing a new human being, we are now actually in the process of birthing ourselves by expanding our consciousness. That’s why semen retention is such a powerful spiritual practice. A tool to expand ourselves into super conscious states and activate our direct connection between our human and divine nature.
