Hold your anger

Don’t always put your emotions first every time you get into trouble or you don’t like the situation in front of you. Sometimes days are not always good and problems can come at any time. All of that can trigger your anger, especially if it turns out that it all started from a mess that you made yourself.

Sometimes we often make wrong decisions that make us have to face a complicated situation and problem as a result of our decision. Then it doesn’t mean that after the chaos is there then we run away from the problem.

Blaming the situation and hating the situation that we make ourselves is not a wise thing to do. It would be a lie if all of that didn’t spark our anger, make us pissed off and cursing ourselves for all the wrong decisions. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t find a way out of it all and try to fix the situation and fix our mistakes.

It’s not that if we’re wrong we can’t fix it. It’s just that maybe we need to find the best solution so that we don’t get stuck with a new problem or add to the chaos of the problem.

Calm down, that’s the key. It will never be easy to be able to relieve anger, especially if our feelings are upset. It is not easy to lower our ego, to try to be calmer so we can think clearly. The more we are controlled by anger, believe me we will not be able to make good decisions and what happens is new chaos and maybe we will make wrong decisions again.

I don’t need to talk about anyone else. Many times I made mistakes just because I didn’t think clearly. Some decisions I made just because I was emotional led to consequences that I would have to be responsible for the rest of my life.

Regret all that? blame circumstances? hate the situation? There’s no point in doing all that. One decision leads to consequences that must be accounted for. Like it or not, it’s a choice and if we have chosen, we must have a big heart to accept whatever the consequences are.

The process of self-maturation is not easy. Repeatedly beaten with problems and mistakes, in the end, we learn that we have to live in this world full of trials. Everyone makes mistakes but that doesn’t mean we can’t fix it. What is difficult is to give in and lower our ego.

Try to stay calm and still control our emotions. Think carefully before acting then it will be much wiser.
