It’s not easy to have mental issues

For someone who has mental issues it is not easy to live their life. You think they’re doing drama on purpose? or being overreacting? or overthinking?

They never wanted any of that. Sometimes they don’t even know they have mental issues.

You think it’s fun to suddenly get a panic attack? Or constantly anxious? afraid that they will be mistreated again and again and constantly doubt others?

You think it’s fun when you suddenly find it hard to breathe, your body trembles, a cold sweat runs down your body, your heart beats fast and you can’t even think of anything.

You think they want to doubt everyone all the time? Constantly having bad thoughts or constantly keeping everything in their heart without being able to share it?

It was never easy for them to explain their condition. Let alone to heal themselves, sometimes to be able to think clearly, to get their sense back is very difficult.

It’s not that they never believe that there is someone who wants to be with them but it’s all their trauma that makes them complicated.

Someone once asked me how to help his gf get through it all, he loves her so much and wants to help her badly.

I’m just saying that it won’t be easy, she will doubt you all the time, overthinking and overreacting and maybe clinging and attaching to you. Can you face all that? Can you handle that ? Are you ready for that ?

On and on all the time… Won’t you go crazy? For those who are aware that they have mental issues, the most likely is that they back off and distance themselves and then slowly walk away.

Unless you really intend to be with them, really want them and never give up on them, over time they will be able to accept you, put their trust in you.

Not because they did that on purpose but they know that they will end up heartbroken, in pain for the million times and for them to heal themselves is not an easy thing.

And to move on? at least have mercy on them.

It’s their fear of their trauma that will haunt them for the rest of their lives, it’s not that they don’t want to fix it. If only it were that easy to explain then maybe things would be much better but unfortunately when it comes to this, there’s never been an easy way to explain it.
