Giuseppina Barberi has reached a point in her healing journey where she has expanded on wanting to help others and be in service so, she decided to start sharing her writing with the world. When she is not focusing on her own growth and self-care, her school studies, or her clients, she likes to write and share personal experiences hoping they can guide others in their own healing journeys.  We are all in this together. Our human connection is the most valuable currency that exists.  She believes that in order to fully connect with others, we must share parts of ourselves and allow ourselves to be vulnerable and to be seen.

Giuseppina is a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner,   Certified Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Director and Intuitive Healer.  She works with clients helping to clear and release blocked energies.  She has expertise in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery and with spiritual counselling and reiki, helps clients to heal from such a soul destructive experience.  She also helps them to reprogram their subconscious minds to change the patterns surrounding who they choose as partners, as well as removing limited unconscious beliefs through the use of hypnosis.
